Online Security
What is the difference between a password or PIN?
It's okay to write down pertinent information such as passwords and PIN numbers to help you remember them. However, please store the information in a place you know is safe — where no one can view it. Obviously, do not share this information with anyone.
Additionally, if you forget your MCU@Home password or ATM/Debit card PIN number, please call (573) 874-1477 Columbia or (573) 635-8007 Jefferson City or (800) 451-1477 Toll-free (Outside of Columbia or Jefferson City only) or visit one of our convenient locations.
