How Do I Access MCU Mobile Banking?
Your current mcu@home banking account number and mcu@home banking password are the same ones used with MCU Mobile Banking. The multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a little different. The MFA for MCU Mobile Banking consists of using a One-time PIN (OTP) sent to the primary account holder's email address following the first login attempt. An e-mail message with the OTP is sent to the registered e-mail address currently used in mcu@home banking. Once the OTP is received it should be appended to the mcu@home banking password on the second login to authenticate the validity of the user of the account. From that point forward, only the mcu@home banking password is used to login each time the account is accessed. Please note that the account number is masked to hide all but the last two digits (i.e., ****12) on future visits.
NOTE: To ensure you can receive the OTP message, make sure your e-mail address is accurate in mcu@home banking before you start the authentication process. If not, choose Other Options, then select Change E-mail Address.
MCU Mobile Banking is secure and fully encrypted, end-to-end using an industry standard 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate.
