 MCU Call24 is our telephone banking service that allows you to conduct transactions by touchtone or voice response 24 hours a day. To access your account(s) using telephone banking, follow these steps:
- Call MCU Call24 at (573) 443-5880 or toll-free at (800) 443-5880;
- Use your base account number without any suffix; (For example, if your account number is 12345-00, then use 12345.)
- Use your personal identification number (PIN); and
- Check your current MCU statement for the suffix that applies to your account.
Remember, you are limited by Federal Regulations to six (6) withdrawals/debits in one calendar month from any Savings or Money Market account. Any other applicable fees or restrictions are listed in the "Terms and Conditions of Your Accounts" disclosure.

All options are available by saying these menu words or by pressing the corresponding key on your phone keypad.
Example, just say "yes" or press 1; say "no" or press 2.

When asked for suffix, use 3 digits: 1 plus your CD# (Example: 120)

When asked for suffix, use 2 digits: Example: 80

Mortgage or press 6 (for your Mortgage Loan)

If you wish to hear detailed instructions on this system you may say "Instructions" at any time.
When you’ve completed your call, you may simply hang up or you may say "Goodbye" to exit MCU Call24.
